Children’s World: At present we give scholarships to more than 120 school-going children in different parts of India, like Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala. Some of the students have reached up to B.Tech., B.C.A., and B.A. levels.
You are requested to suggest to us deserving cases of children or women, who need help. If there is anybody, any child or a woman or a family in your vicinity, who need our help and assistance, please bring the matter to our attention. We will look into the case and do the necessary. Don’t hesitate to tell us of people who need help.
Children’s World is a subsidiary of the registered charitable trust ICD (Institute of Communication and Development).
All donations to ICD are tax-deductible as per 80-G of the Incomes Tax Act.
According to the estimates of UNICEF there are more than 11.5 Crore Children in India, who live in abject poverty and deprivation. Malnutrition and poverty is their lot. They do not get enough nutritive food, they live without proper shelter, and do not have access to education.
We need to make concerted effort save as many children as possible, from this poverty and helplessness. We need VOLUNTEERS all over India to tackle this widespread problem.
